SEEDS Newcastle

SEEDS is a Lifestyle Medicine Solutions Not-for-profit Company and ACNC Registered Charity. They exist to advance education in lifestyle medicine, to prevent and control heart diseases, anxiety and depression by using a comprehensive health promotion approach.

As a volunteer-led organisation, their goal is to collaborate on solutions to maximise whole-person health for corporations, communities and individuals.
